Over the years, we have built a community of great mentors from diverse professions. These great individuals are ready to give their valuable time, share their expertise and networks, and are a great support to entrepreneurs worldwide.

How does it work?
When you become an IDEA mentor, you are matched with 1-2 businesses from our program participants based on your expertise and availability. Along with your mentee, you generally always have the flexibility to shape your schedules and communicate whenever it works best for you.
Depending on the nature of the program, you will receive a full guide on expectations, requirements and commitment needed from your side. We will always be there to provide resources to support you in building a successful, mutually-beneficial mentor/mentee relationship. All of mentoring activities that we facilitate are pro bono, because intrinsic motivation is the best driver for success.
